Super Troopers is a 2001 comedy film about state troopers. In the town of Spurbury, Vermont, there are a group of police officers that do just as much pranksters on the job as well as off the job. When the station is in jeopardy of being shut down, the state troopers have to solve a crime involving a murder, an animated vulgar monkey, and a boat load of marijuana. Also they have to solve this crime before their competition, the Spurbury local police.
This film is a very funny parody on state troopers. The some of the pranks that are concocted are harmless and others are ones that would only happen in this movie. The cast is flows nicely with each other and make the pranks even better and more enjoyable. However there is some mature content like drug use, nudity, and profanity. The Motion Pictures Assocation of America (MPAA) rates it as an R film. So viewer discretion advised.
